Eased or mitered edges
An eased edge keeps a 2 cm or 3 cm slab looking like what it is. A mitered edge joins a second strip at 45° so the top reads thicker. Both are cut on the CNC.
Eased edge
Slightly rounded corners on a square edge. Clean and practical; works on every material.
Mitered edge
Two pieces joined at 45° so the pattern runs over the edge. Common on islands and waterfall ends.
Bevel and bullnose
A bevel cuts the top corner at an angle; a bullnose rounds it fully. Both soften a top in busy areas.
Ogee
A traditional S-curve profile, usually on marble and granite in classic kitchens.
